Nancy Rogers (formerly Nancy Howe) launched NRogers & Associates Inc. in early 2012 after 20 years of experience as Director/Principal of two major international consulting firms. Nancy is a Chartered Accountant with specialization in investigative and forensic accounting and business valuations, and a Chartered Insurance Professional.  Since 1992 she has focused exclusively on forensic accounting and litigation assignments including analysis and quantification of economic damages, valuations and investigations. She has significant expertise in the securities, insurance, construction, mining and pharmaceutical industries.

Named in Lexpert’s 2011 and 2012 Expert Witness guide, Nancy is frequently retained on complex damage claims that require the combination of her forensic accounting investigative skills with her business valuation and loss quantification expertise.

Nancy has provided expert witness testimony in valuation, economic loss, securities and construction delay matters.

Linda Robinson is a specialist in forensic and investigative accounting. Her practice has encompassed a broad range of financial fraud investigations and commercial litigation support. Her experience is far reaching including procurement fraud, income tax evasion, internal corporate investigation, money laundering, asset tracing and recovery, breach of fiduciary duty, intellectual property matters, regulatory review and adherence to standards and securities investigations.

Linda teaches graduate level courses in forensic accounting investigations at the Universities of Waterloo and Toronto. She is the editor of The Accountant's Handbook of Fraud Prevention and Detection a publication of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and is a member of the IFA Education and Standards committees for the CICA. She has been accepted by the courts as an expert in forensic accounting and has testified on a number of occasions.
